Description

3 ingredient pink salt recipe to beat bloating, support digestion, and gently boost energy, your new favorite morning ritual.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt (finely ground)
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • 8 to 10 oz warm filtered water
  • (Optional) 1 teaspoon raw honey

Instructions

  • Warm filtered water (do not boil).
  • Stir in pink Himalayan salt until completely dissolved.
  • Add lemon juice and raw honey if desired.
  • Sip slowly on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning.

Notes

Start with ¼ tsp salt and increase only if tolerated well.

Use a straw if lemon causes tooth sensitivity.

Raw honey can add a gentle energy boost and soften the flavor.

Drink daily for best results, ideally 4–5 days a week.

Always consult your doctor if you’re on a sodium-restricted diet.
