- 8 to 10 oz warm filtered water
- (Optional) 1 teaspoon raw honey
Instructions
- Warm filtered water (do not boil).
- Stir in pink Himalayan salt until completely dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and raw honey if desired.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning.
