  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (15g)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (21g)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (2g)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and place them in a blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk.
  3. Add chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  4. (Optional) Add ice cubes for a refreshing chill.
  5. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a thicker texture, let the chia seeds soak in the almond milk for 5–10 minutes before blending.
