- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (15g)
- 1 tablespoon honey (21g)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (2g)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and place them in a blender.
- Pour in the almond milk.
- Add chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- (Optional) Add ice cubes for a refreshing chill.
- Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a thicker texture, let the chia seeds soak in the almond milk for 5–10 minutes before blending.
