1 ripe banana

1 teaspoon honey

68 soaked almonds

¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

1 cup warm milk (regular or almond)

Optional: ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder

Optional: mint leaves or lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Warm the milk in a small pot over low heat (do not boil).
  2. Add banana, soaked almonds, cinnamon powder, Persian blue salt, and optional ashwagandha powder into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding extra milk if too thick.
