Ingredients

- 2 cups (473ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon blue gel food coloring (adjust as needed)
- 1 (14 oz / 396g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 20 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
- 15 Chips Ahoy cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cold heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and blue gel food coloring.
- Beat with a hand or stand mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3–5 minutes).
- Add the sweetened condensed milk. Mix on low speed until fully combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped Oreos and Chips Ahoy cookies using a silicone spatula.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or cake pan. Sprinkle extra cookies on top if desired.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for a stronger color without affecting the texture.
- Cookies can be customized try using brownie chunks, sprinkles, or cookie dough.
- Store tightly covered in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
