Description

Cookie Monster ice cream is the fun, blue no-churn dessert packed with cookies! Easy to make at home perfect for kids.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (473ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon blue gel food coloring (adjust as needed)
  • 1 (14 oz / 396g) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • 15 Chips Ahoy cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the cold heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and blue gel food coloring.
  2. Beat with a hand or stand mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3–5 minutes).
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk. Mix on low speed until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped Oreos and Chips Ahoy cookies using a silicone spatula.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or cake pan. Sprinkle extra cookies on top if desired.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Scoop, serve, and enjoy!

  • Use gel food coloring for a stronger color without affecting the texture.
