- ¼ teaspoon fine Himalayan pink salt (1.5g)
- 8 oz (240 ml) room-temperature water
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice or raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 dash cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Add ¼ teaspoon of fine pink Himalayan salt to a glass.
- Pour in 8 oz of room-temperature water.
- Stir well until salt is completely dissolved.
- Add ½ teaspoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar.
- Sprinkle a dash of cayenne pepper.
- Sip slowly first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, reduce cayenne or skip it altogether.
- Always use food-grade pink Himalayan salt not bath salt.
- Drink 15–20 minutes before breakfast.
- Start with 2–3 times per week and increase as tolerated.
