For the Dirty Baja Midnight Soda:
- Mountain Dew Voltage
- Grape juice
- Black food coloring (1–2 drops)
- Coconut cream (optional, for dirty soda version)
- Vanilla syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Cook the Beef : In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with taco seasoning. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- Assemble the Crunchwrap : Lay the tortilla flat. Layer in the center: beef, nacho cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Fold the edges inward to form a hexagon. Patch center with tortilla if needed.
- Grill the Crunchwrap : Heat a skillet with light oil. Place the Crunchwrap seam-side down and press with a spatula. Toast both sides until golden and sealed.
- Prepare the Fries (Optional) : Cook frozen fries as directed. Toss with ghost pepper cheese dust while hot for a neon glow.
- Make the Dirty Baja Midnight Soda : In a glass or pitcher, mix Mountain Dew Voltage with grape juice and 1–2 drops of black food coloring. Serve over ice. Optional: Add coconut cream or vanilla syrup for a Dirty Baja twist.

- Use regular tortillas if black tortillas are unavailable; add a pinch of charcoal powder for color.
- Prepare beef and chopped toppings 1–2 days in advance to save time.
