Instructions

- Stir in celery, zucchini, and fennel. Cook 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Sprinkle in turmeric, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat vegetables.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley.
